Andrew Kamm is the store owner and an avid record collector all his life. With his main interests being in British Invasion, Classic Rock, Psychedelic and Progressive Rock Andy has amassed one of the world's largest collections of vintage record albums with over 100,000 LP’s & 45’s in stock at his Ephrata location.

Glenn Eagle is the Record Connection day manager. When Glenn isn’t busy restoring Triumph Motorcycles you can find him in the store rockin’ out to the oldies and promoting the joys of Power Pop!
